Founded in 2006 by Dean Caso and David Caso, Velocity Funding has grown into a major national purchaser of credit card processing portfolios. We have purchased in excess of 15,000 merchant accounts and have maintained a strong reputation among our customers, our partners, and among our industry peers. We have forged relationships with many of the Nation’s largest ISO’s and Processors, who often refer their Agents directly to us. Our business is focused on providing access to needed liquidity in the payments industry, but we are equally as focused on providing impeccable customer service. From the moment customers or partners interact with one of our professionals; they can expect to be treated with dignity and respect. 

Dean C. Caso, Managing Partner:
Dean Caso graduated from Babson College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Investments. He has been a frequent national speaker in the financial services and lending industry and has over 35 years of experience. Mr. Caso has been involved in the acquisition of over 300 credit card processing portfolios.

David M. Caso, Managing Partner:
David Caso graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. David has over 30 years of financial services and lending experience and is an expert on all aspects of portfolio acquisition. Prior to entering the financial services industry, David served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.
